Party! Party!

On the 16th I will be attending 2 kinds of party, a baby shower and a engagement party. My friend Mardy invited me to go with her to her co-worker's baby shower. Then my friend Myleen whom I just meet last week invited me to attend the the engagement party of her cousin. This would be my second time to attend an engagement party and yet I am having trouble finding the right engagement gifts since I don't know the couple and I don't have any idea what they want. I am having difficult time because I also have to consider how much, exactly, I should spend for an engagement gifts. I know they don't oblige me to buy them gifts but it is customary for guests to give engagement gifts. Oh well, big or small the important is it comes from the heart:)
