The facility where I'm currently working just had the floor upgrade. From carpet to pergo flooring! It made our facility looking so great! But it made us raise our eyebrows because we have been asking for salary raise that they did not grant! In my own opinion, I think the facility where I work has the lowest minimum rate. We worked too much and sometimes we do doubles, but they did not listen to our wish to get a raise because they don't have enough budget and yet they were able to get a loan for the flooring upgrade. That is not so right! Hmmp1 if its really easy to find a better job I wouldn't really stay there..but I am still thankful and bless because if they did not give me a private class I will not the reach the success that I have right now:)
