30 mins exercise

When I get home from work I always make sure that I do a 30 mins exercise. To me it is better than not doing anything and it really helps me straighten out my achy muscles. Even if its only 30 mins exercise I still sweats a lot and thats a good thing. Hopefully I'll be more active and patient enough to continue doing it so I'll get the shape I want before the summers gets here. The video below is the one I follow when I exercise.
