Every time I workout I feel so hungry after which is really not good. I had a good and healthy lunch it was a left over from the food I prepared last night and it should be enough. But my stomach is screaming like crazy! I hate this feeling coz I might end up grabbing junk foods...Oh no! I wont let that happen. So I better drink lots of water or maybe get some fruits to ease my hunger till dinner time. Aha! maybe I'll distract myself by reading some reviews for a markbass coz I really don't want to go to the kitchen right now coz I will surely gets tempted hahaha!

I don't like it when I am calling my boyfriend and he is on audio conferencing because I am ignored for few hours LOL! I am on a wrong timing lately whenever I want to speak to him on the phone cause his always has business meeting using his phone. Although it amazes me how good this call conference for him cause it is less hassle and he can also use it even his out of town. This is what he wanted since before that he don't need to be in the office and they will just contact him through conference. Now I think I better take a nap coz he will not be calling anytime soon.

I'm so tired and sleepy and most especially I'm really bored. I guess I am just adjusting to my new environment, But if I'm in Staatsburg right now I'll be jumping in my car already and go to marshall to check if they have sales going on. I am in need of a new pair of sneaker but then I guess I'll have to wait ti'll I get back home in June. Huhuhu! to be honest I already miss hanging out with friends. For the meantime I better tak a nap coz tonight is going to be a long sleepless night again.

I still can’t decide who wore my favorite gown to the Oscars this past weekend. My friends came over to our place and watched them in HD with our Springfield Satellite TV. Of course, there were some fashion bombs. I watched Joan Rivers on E! after the Oscars and she definitely had a lot of say about some of the outfits. I really didn’t like Stacy Kiebler’s Marchesa frock. Stacy Keibler used to be a women’s professional wrestler, was on “Dancing with the Stars” , and now she dates George Clooney. I don’t know that she has done anything since “Dancing with the Stars”. I feel like the dress was not a flattering color. Of course she has an amazing figure and everything looks great on her, but the color was a weird, dark foil. I just thought that it was too distracting and that she looks much better in color. I also like Angelina’s dress, but thought that her arms have gotten WAY too thin. I am not as critical as Joan Rivers, but I am still a fashion critic!

Charles, my nephew loves to play instrument at the young age. 2 years ago mom and Papa Kevin bought him a keyboard toy to play. Now that his 7 years old his interest is getting wide So I was thinking maybe I can give him a real keyboard this time. So I visited the musiciansfriends.com coz a friend of mine told me that they sale their Nord Keyboards for a cheaper price and I found the Nord Stage and Combo Legs Red keyboard. I think its perfect for Charles, plus it don't really cost that much coz it's on sale for $239.00 from $300.00 so I will still save $61.00..how sweet is tat huh?

gas grills

Thank God our gas grills are out from the storage room. But I don't understand why papa Kevin had to take the two grills out when we only needed one. The small gas grill that mom bought last year from a garage sale is not really that useful since we love to use the big grill. Mom only bought the small grill for picnic purposes. Actually we were supposed to use it when we planned the picnic surprise birthday party for papa Kevin...Anyhow I am excited to start grilling some chicken and pork chops tomorrow...but I heard it's going to rain...that really sucks. For some reason when we plan to do some out doors activity the rain is really going to ruin it. Oh well, I guess I'll have to do bbq inside the house...how fun is that huh? Lol!

I really couldn't help myself but to shop till I drop. No matter what the season of the year, the shopping spree is open. I'm eying for a cargo shirt at carhartt outlet color khaki. It is my favorite kind of skirt to partner with my girlie looking pink sneaker. Please tell me to stop shopping and prioritize my savings to keep growing. Yes, I need to save to put for a down-payment for my dream car.

I'm counting the months if not years to get that new car of mine. I can't wait till that day to arrive and have my new baby on my sight. Everyday, I'm thinking about it and I'm not losing my hope to have it one day. Just wait and see. I have this urge to buy and sure I'll do my best to get it.

It feels good to get back to my regular workout at home. I can do the exercise that I need without packing up my deuter backpacks and go to the gym. I'm glad that even if I'm too busy with my work and social life, I can still find time to get fit plus the diet that I promise to myself. I have been eating too much lately that I have gained almost 7 lbs!

I must change my lifestyle before its gonna be too late to reduce. I know its easy to gain but hard to lose. I'll try my best to bring back my usual body built or else I'll be stuck and get huge overtime. Thankfully, I'm tall that even if I gain, its not too obvious. I just want to be healthy and look great especially that I love taking photos of myself.

There are few things to consider before you would accept the job. First, you have to consider the location. Is it close to your home or far from it. It doesn't make sense if you accept the job far away from home, let's say 2 hour drive! That's ridiculous thinking of the price of gas. Second, do you like the job? Would it make you happy? Third, is the salary reasonable enough? Well, no matter what would be your choice, there's always an option. Submit other applications to your target jobs, and before you know it, you are already qualified to the ideal jobs that you wished for. Good luck!

When I was a kid, I loved to eat unripe mango with vinegar and soy sauce on the side. Oh by just saying it I would love to eat mango right now but I couldn't find the same mango here in the States. They said before that when you keep eating sour fruits like mango, you are increasing your metabolism and that your would stay slender. I think I believe on what they say as what the african mango plus is claiming to be.

I should be glad that I like to eat sour foods , no wonder I don't really gain a lot no matter how much I eat. For people who are in a diet and exercise, taking pill with mango as the main ingredient should be taken in consideration in order to get the shape that they really wanted. Good luck!

The guy that I'm seeing right now told me that he is thinking of getting park models for his weekend retreats.He said during winter he doesn't work so he if he buy a park model he really plans to park it in his favorite resort city throughout the mild winter season and enjoy relaxing vacation living throughout the season.Hmmmm! this is really a perfect plan to me especially if we want to get away from the freezing weather here in NY during winter. My boyfriend gave me an iPod on my birthday 2 years ago and until now I haven't stored enough musics for me to enjoy when I traveled. I sometimes keeps listening to the same music over and over, so this time I really want to download more music to my iPod. But the only way to get download those music is by going to pay per download I don't know if that's really a good idea coz I am not willing to spend money hahaha! Well, I know for the fact that I have to spend a little money to be able to enjoy the things that you love to do, just like how much I enjoy skiing and I have to spend money so I'll be able to do it. Oh well, downloading those musics is not really that expensive anyway so be it!

back pain problems

My grandfather fell in the bathroom 5 months ago and since then he couldn't get up or walk. His been in a wheelchair. The Dr told us that he needs to undergo surgery but in his age he may not be able to handle it. The reason why mom decided to go to the Philippines soon to take care of my grandfather. It is so hard when we are thousands miles away with our love ones, but this is the life we chooses so gotta deal with it.

Anyhow speaking of back problems, I am also dealing this come and go back pain. Mom has been telling me to find a laser spine institute to help me treat of my back problem but I am hard headed as it is...I admit that:) I just hate knowing of spending money when I know my grandfather needed it more than me since he is also maintaining an expensive medications everyday. So, ill just suck it up!

Have you guys noticed how many shows there are on TV nowadays about babies? Go ahead, scan through your directvlistings and count them. No really, I will wait…. 99? Did you get 99? It seems like there are about that many shows on TV now whose main objective is to talk about babies. Babies being born, babies coming home from the hospital, babies in their first few days of being home, babies who are pampered with lavish rooms and toys and clothes. All I can think when I see all of this is Awww babies are so cute! But then I think geez that is a lot of baby action! What if you aren’t in the stage of life where you really want babies in your face all the time? What if you can’t have children but you desperately want one? What if you hate kids and you never want to see one again? What channel are you supposed to watch? I haven’t found one yet so if you figure it out please, be sure to let me know!

network cable

Papa Kevin's son is giving him his old computer but he doesn't have a network cable to help him connect one network device to other or to connect two or more computers to share printer or scanner. But to me I don't think it's really necessary as long as we can still go online with it. My computer I don't think we were using a network cable. Ha! I really don't have any idea coz I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to this type of things hehehe! But I don't really understand why Britt did not give papa Kevin his network cable when I believe he has no use for it anymore.

I just bought my brother the motorcycle he likes as his birthday gift last November. Now since his only been borrowing a helmet which is really a must to have when your driving a motorcycle. Now his tired of borrowing to his best friend, so he wanted me to send him one on my next balikbayan box. He said it is not important to him if it's expensive or a second hand as long as he will have one. So right now I'm shopping online for affordable motorcycle helmets so I can get him one. I was gonna send him a money to buy a helmet but I'm sure he will only spend it, which he thinks it's more important than helmet. So it is really better for me to just buy him one here and send it to him.

30 mins exercise

When I get home from work I always make sure that I do a 30 mins exercise. To me it is better than not doing anything and it really helps me straighten out my achy muscles. Even if its only 30 mins exercise I still sweats a lot and thats a good thing. Hopefully I'll be more active and patient enough to continue doing it so I'll get the shape I want before the summers gets here. The video below is the one I follow when I exercise.

My friend is thinking of expanding his business to a different level, though he is having problem with his budget. assisted living facilities

Working in an assisted living home facilities is interesting but, sometimes can be very stressful although I love working and being with those old folks. Being a med-tech there gives me a very big responsibility. I have been their med-tech for almost two years now and even though I have to deal with so many BS with my co workers I'm still enjoying what I'm doing.

But, I am ready for another and different experience, also a good and better income. Maybe I'll try applying there in Atlanta assisted living facilities maybe this would be a perfect time and reason for me to be on my own. Ah! I really need to plan a better future for myself without depending to anyone.But I will not be able to do that If my job is not that stable. So getting a second job would be a great help.

My boss expects me to be at his beck and call all the time and to be quite honest with you I’m sick and tired of it. I love working for my company and it’s been a great learning experience for me because I’ve been able to really get involved in something I wouldn't have the opportunity to be involved in otherwise which is talking on a day-to-day basis with really important clients. I use my WirelessInternet.net internet connection when I got home to stay up on e-mails and anything else my boss sends me after hours which is probably more things then he should be sending me for the price he pays me to work for him! But at the end of the day I know I'm getting experience like I wouldn't be getting in a classroom which makes all the long hours and work on putting into this job totally worth it. I know that when I leave here I'll be able to get a good reference at the very least when I'm looking!

horse riding helmets

I wonder if this horse riding helmets can also be use for skiing Lol! They look the same to my skiing helmets, though the horse riding helmets looks better...in my own opinion. But I know one thing for sure is they have the some purpose. I don't know why I come out to this question...but right now I am really wishing to be able to go to ski again. I doubt though if I can still go. Anyhow when summer gets here, I also like to try to ride a horse. Never in my life that I experience to ride a horse, but in case that will come true...I am thinking maybe I don't need to buy a horse riding helmet..maybe a skiing helmet will do :)
